All artworks listed on ARTTENT® are original pieces verified by our authentication team. Prices are listed in SAR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are binding once confirmed.
All content on ARTTENT®, including images, text, logos, and artwork reproductions, is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
ARTTENT® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant artwork.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
