RETURN POLICY
Return Window
You may return artworks within 14 calendar days of delivery. The artwork must be in its original condition, including all packaging materials and certificates.
How to Return
1. Log into your ARTTENT® account
2. Go to My Orders → Select the order
3. Click ‘Request Return’
4. Choose your reason and upload photos
5. Our team will review within 24 hours
6. Receive a prepaid return shipping label
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned artwork. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made artworks, personalized items, and artworks purchased at auction are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged during shipping.
